The Domaine de MasLauris is located between the Luberon Massif and the Durance, in the southernmost part of the Rhône Valley. From the estate, the panorama extends from the Luberon represented with its highest point, the Mourre Nègre, to the Pays d'Aix-en-Provence and its Sainte-Victoire.
The history of the appellation dates back to the 20th century but the wine-growing areas are much older. Today, more than 20% of producers comply with the Luberon AOP and are certified organic. The area of the appellation thus continues to prove its attachment to its Natural Park and, more generally, to its environment.
