Since 2012, the property has been completely redesigned. It has benefited from a complete renovation with the construction of a brand new gravity winery, preceded by the grubbing up of the original vineyard and replanting of nearly 12 hectares of vines. These vines were carefully selected in order to find the same quality as the finest wines of the Rhone Valley. They are maintained using organic farming methods. Vinification at the winery is carried out in a gentle though rigorous manner, as naturally as possible and with respect for the harvested grapes. It is conducted with the guidance of Michel Tardieu, who grew up in Lauris, the very place where the vineyard is located.
